I find it useful to draw a distinction between two orders of freedom: supernatural freedom and temporal freedom.

“Social justice” has taken on the status of an ideology in our culture. Adherence to this ideology allows us to commit (or participate in) any number of attrocities while remaining untroubled by our consciences.
Hope brings divine perspective to every event, act, word, thought of our lives. Hope purifies our every act, word, thought.
